Evan Kubes is an associate and a member of the Medical Malpractice group at Neinstein LLP. He has experience in a variety of complex medical malpractice claims, such as hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, shoulder dystocia, and medical misdiagnosis.
Evan completed his Bachelor of Arts degree with Honours in Health Science at Queens University in 2012. He then went on to attend the Dual Juris Doctorate program at University of Windsor School of Law and the University of Detroit School of law, where he graduated with both a Canadian and American Juris Doctorate in 2016. While there, Evan received an honorary distinction in the G. Mennen Williams moot competition and was the recipient of the prestigious Canadian and American Dual J.D. program award for academic performance.
In his spare time, Evan volunteers with various charitable organizations and community projects, most notably Project Consumer Safety, where Evan partnered with the Toronto Police Financial Crimes Unit to reduce the sale of counterfeit goods in Toronto. This role, which included reconnaissance and direct communications with notable multi-national corporations, helped lead to the largest seizure of counterfeit goods in Toronto history ($6.5 million) and the arrest of eleven illegal distributors. As a result of his efforts, Evan was awarded the Toronto Police Partnership Award.

Getting you the help you deserve.
When people are injured, most often they are unable to work and during these times, cash flow can become an enormous burden on the victim and their families. We recognize that our clients are suffering and are under enormous financial stress. That is why we use the contingency fee arrangement. Under this arrangement, the client is not required to pay any fees or expenses unless the case is successful. If the client does not recover any monies from the lawsuit, there will be no legal fees.
Neinstein Personal Injury Lawyers is a personal injury and accident law firm with expertise in all aspects of Canadian personal injury law. With head offices in Toronto, Neinstein Personal Injury Lawyers is proud to represent injury victims from across Ontario.
