I was hit by a car while as a pedestrian crossing an intersection of one of the city’s most heavily congested streets during rush hour on my way home from work. Since I don’t remember what had happened to me I need to rely on the details of eye witness accounts of my accident.
According to them when I was crossing on a green light while having the right of way I was hit by a car making a left hand turn speeding at 60 km/hr. The impact was so great I was thrown 10 feet in the air thereby hitting a metal post that jolted me into a state of unconsciousness.
