Jose Emiliani
After completing his studies as a Law Clerk at Humber College, Mr. Emiliani attended the University of Toronto to receive training in Alternate Dispute Resolution. Jose holds a Certificate in Advance Claims Handling from the Insurance Institute of Canada. Jose is involved in all aspects of client's accident benefits claims.
With a hands-on approach, Jose takes great pride in his abilities to assist victims and their families obtain the benefits they so rightly deserve. Jose helps facilitate and coordinate treatment and health care services with treatment providers, the insurance adjusters and the victims and their families.
Jose has a well known successful track record amongst his peers and within the Financial Services Commission of Ontario as being a competent advocate in the mediation and arbitration process.
Jose is active in the Latin-Canadian community and speaks fluent Spanish.
