Mr. Gallagher is a Senior Accident Benefits Specialist and a Licensed Paralegal with over 14 years of experience working for some of the largest property and casualty insurers in the nation. Before joining Neinstein & Associates, Sebastian worked exclusively for ING Insurance in the accident benefits dispute resolution field for 5 years . He has an extensive history in mediation, arbitration and litigation claims on behalf of insurers.

Sebastian is a passionate advocate and skilled negotiator for his clients and brings an unsurpassed knowledge of insurance legislation. His insurance experience is a powerful asset we use in protecting our clients rights.

He is a Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional, the industry’s pre-eminent qualification, with a major in claims. Sebastian has also obtained a certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the University of Toronto.
