Sonia Leith, Hon. B.A., LL.B.

Ms. Leith practices in the areas of personal injury, occupier’s liability and insurance disputes. She has appeared at the Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, Landlord Tenant Board, Criminal Injuries Compensation Board, and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario.

Sonia cultivated her advocacy skills during her time at law school at the University of Western Ontario by competing in various external as well as internal competitions including the Arnup Cup, an Ontario-wide trial advocacy competition, and the Corporate/Securities Law Moot, a national appellate advocacy competition. Sonia received the London Life Insurance Company award in 2007 recognizing her academic achievement in Insurance Law. Sonia received an Honours degree in Political Science from Western in 2005 and graduated as the Gold Medalist.
