Michelle Kudlats, Hons. B.A., JD

Ms. Kudlats joined Neinstein and Associates LLP as a summer student in 2009 and is currently practicing as a lawyer. Michelle has experience in such areas as personal injury, occupier’s liability, insurance disputes, and employment law. She has advocated and appeared at motions and hearings at the Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, Social Benefits Tribunals, and the Bankruptcy Courts.

While at the University of Western Ontario, Michelle developed her advocacy skills by participating in moot competitions such as the Hicks Morely Labour Law and Employment Moot and the European Law Moot Court Competition, an international advocacy competition. She obtained her Honours B.A. at the University of Western Ontario in political science, focusing on the judicial system, public policy, and social justice.

Michelle is a member of the Ontario Bar Association and the Canadian Bar association.
