Mr. Neinstein has focused his practice to the representation of serious accident victims, disabled persons and their families.
Mr. Neinstein continues to spend much of his practice on representing individuals whose livelihoods are under attack by some of the largest insurance companies in North America. He continues to pursue his clients’ rights through lengthy trials in the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and through vigorous and relentless canvassing of government agencies in an attempt to amend legislation to protect and fight for the rights of injured and disabled people in Ontario.
