Mr. Lewin is an experienced trial lawyer and has acted as counsel in many cases of interest and importance both to the public and the legal profession. He has acquired a reputation with both the Bench and the Bar as a fair and competent advocate who vigorously protects the interests of clients.

As a staunch advocate of his client’s rights, he is prepared to go to trial, when necessary, if he is unable to achieve a fair result for the client through negotiation. Harv has appeared numerous times at all levels of Court and has had many reported decisions of significance and value for his clients.

Harv is a founder of “Put up your Dukes”, a charity approved by CAMH, to fight the battle against mental illness.
