Lawyer

Grace Leung, LL.B., LL.M, J.D.

Grace articled with Neinstein and Associates LLP and has returned to the firm as a lawyer. She completed her LL.B. degree at King’s College London (U.K.) and her LL.M. degree at Cornell University. She graduated with a J.D. from the University of Toronto Law School.

While at University of Toronto, she volunteered for the Pro Bono Students Canada Family Law Project and summered at the Ontario Court of Justice assisting unrepresented litigants. In addition, Grace spent several summers in Hong Kong working at various international law firms and local barristers` chambers.  Grace has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, CPP appeal hearings, Landlord Tenant Board, Criminal Injuries Compensation Board and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario.

Grace is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
