  Mr. Neinstein is the Managing Partner at Neinstein & Associates LLP. Specialize in serious injury and complex insurance claims, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall injuries, long-term disability claims and insurance claims.

• Jeffrey Neinstein B.A., LL.B

  Mr. Neinstein is a partner at Neinstein & Associates LLP. He is a civil litigator specializing in the area of personal injury litigation including motor vehicle accident litigation, disability insurance litigation, slip and fall accidents, fire and property loss and professional negligence disputes.

  Ms. Leto is a partner at Neinstein & Associates LLP. She practices in the area of personal injury and insurance litigation with a primary focus on motor vehicle accidents, long term disability and slip and fall cases.

• Stacy Koumarelas Hon.B.A., LL.B

  Ms. Koumarelas’ practice is focused on personal injury litigation. While articling at a large Insurance Defence firm, she gained experience in a broad range of insurance litigation claims.

• Fabio Longo Hon.B.A., M.A., LL.B

  Mr. Longo is a partner at Neinstein & Associates LLP.  Over the years he has earned a reputation as a lawyer who advocates with persuasion, compassion and forceful resolve. He practices in the area of civil litigation with a focus on Insurance Law and Negligence.

• Daniel Michaelson Hon.B.A., LL.B

  Mr. Michaelson completed his Honours Bachelor of Arts and graduated cum laude winning the Merit Award as the top graduating student in his history and archaeology program at York University.

• Sonia Leith B.A., LL.B

  Ms. Leith practices in the areas of personal injury, occupier’s liability and insurance disputes. She has appeared at the Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, Landlord Tenant Board, Criminal Injuries Compensation Board, and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario.

• Grace Leung LL.B., LL.M., J.D.

  Ms. Leung completed her articles with Neinstein and Associates LLP and has returned as a lawyer. She completed her LL.B. degree at King’s College London (U.K.) and her LL.M. degree at Cornell University.

• Michelle Kudlats, Hons. B.A., JD

  Ms. Kudlats joined Neinstein and Associates LLP as a summer student in 2009 and is currently articling with the firm. She recently graduated with a J.D. from the University of Western Ontario.

• Yasmin Klement B.A.

  Ms. Klement is a Senior Accident Benefits Clerk and a Licensed Paralegal. She has extensive experience working with medical claims, catastrophic claims and mediations.
