Neinstein and Associates are currently seeking to employ a Senior Law clerk. This professional candidate must have 5+ years of experience, be proficient in personal injury litigation, dealing with both accident benefits and tort litigation, competent knowledge in pleadings, undertakings, drafting statement of claims, affidavit of documents, pre-trial briefing and prep and accident benefit applications. An independent thinker with the ability to manage a file with minimal supervision and strong interpersonal skills are required. SENIOR AB CLERK

Neinstein and Associates are currently seeking a Senior Accident Benefits Clerk. This professional candidate must have 5+ years experience in an accident benefit claims environment. You are capable of the management of personal injury files from beginning to settlement on the accident benefits side.
You are capable of investigating, evaluating and negotiating settlements (involving Bills 59 and 198 would be an asset), obtaining rebuttal reports, coordinating treatments and have solid knowledge of forms, rules, regulations and timelines.
You will be required to meet with clients both on site and off for initial intakes, complete Accident Benefits packages and Applications for Mediation and handle all Accident Benefit related inquiries.
With your excellent communication skills you will liaise closely with clients, insurance companies and health care providers to maximize benefit entitlement as well as participate in mediations and arbitrations.
